3. Shipping Charges

4. Prepaid Orders

  •  We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are accurate before placing the order.
  • Nyvee9 will not be responsible for non-delivery or delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details at info@nyvee9.com.
  • We will review your claim and assist with a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
