We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.
All orders placed on www.nyvee9.com are prepaid only, processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

We only accept returns if the product received is damaged or defective.
To request a refund, please email info@nyvee9.com within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos and order details.
Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment after verification.

We do not offer product exchanges or replacements.
Every piece undergoes quality checks before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Silver naturally oxidizes over time when exposed to air, moisture, or chemicals.
This is not a defect — it’s part of silver’s natural character.
You can easily restore its shine with a soft polishing cloth or professional silver cleaning.

Keep your jewelry dry and stored in an airtight pouch when not in use.
Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water.
Gently wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear to maintain its brilliance.

At the moment, Nyvee9 does not accept customization requests.
We focus on creating timeless designs meant to complement every style and occasion.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
