- We only accept returns if the product received is damaged or defective.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nyvee9.com, attaching unboxing photos and order details as proof of damage.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Once the returned item is verified and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for damaged or defective products.
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
